I. GENERAL
- Flowers and Greens ensure to comply with the Republic Act 10173 otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012. All information provided by the customers in our online ordering system shall be treated with utmost confidentiality.
- We reserve the right to supplement, revise, or make amendments in the company’s Terms and Conditions which is accessible in the website any time. The customer is responsible in reviewing the terms and conditions each time he visits the website.
- A person who is not identified as a party in an agreement between us and you as our customer has no right to enforce any of the terms or conditions as stated herein.
- Flowers and Greens reserves all the right to restrict or terminate access in the website any time for any reason.
II. PRODUCTS
- All our products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a product with that of equal quality and value.
- The price and the descriptions of the products are shown on our site. Such data is subject to change without notice. The amount you will pay for items is the cost shown on our site at the time we get your request.
III. DELIVERY
- Orders placed shall be delivered in the address and on the date specified by the customer in the order form. Any incorrect detail provided that may result in the problem in delivery is not our liability.
- Flowers and Greens shall not be held liable for items not delivered on a specific date due to acts of God (such as but not limited to extreme weather conditions, earthquake, fire, explosions, or any calamity). However, the items are guaranteed to be delivered as soon as time and condition permit.
- Should there be a third party involved in a delivery, such as a company or an organization, the signature of any person authorized to accept the delivery shall be recognized as valid proof of delivery to the recipient.
IV. CANCELLATION POLICY
To provide you with the best possible service, Flowers and Greens honors a cancellation request made by the customer given that the cancellation is made prior to the delivery of the order.
Flowers and Greens will not cancel an order in cases:
- The customer cancels and order after delivery is made
- The customer places and order but provides information that prevents direct delivery (ex. Bad work or wrong home address).
To cancel your order, send an email to info@flowersandgreens.com.ph indicating the word CANCEL ORDER and ORDER NO in the subject line. You should write a short message of reason for cancellation in the body of the email.
Please note that Flowers and Greens will charge 10% cancellation fee at least 2 days or more before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellation 1 day before the delivery date will be charged 50% cancellation fee.
V. REFUND POLICY
Flowers and Greens offers refund if the customer, for any reason, cancelled an order. However, we do not refund in full amount. You may refer to the cancellation policy for the details of cancellation charge.
Also, please note that we do not honor a refund request in case:
- The customer over- ordered an item.Flowers and Greens is not liable for the customer error that results in over- ordering of a product in our online ordering system. This is given that during the checkout process, the customer is provided with the total number of order prior to the order being submitted. More so, he is given options to remove items of reduce their quantity.
- The customer refuses the delivery due to the delivered item being not identical to what is pictured.We attempt to fill every order as closely as possible. However, if the container, flowers, or other items that comprise the order are unavailable, the order will be substituted with equal content to the original value of the order. When a customer allows substitutions, this means that he is giving us the permission to use flowers we have available to work with in trying to keep the arrangement as similar as possible.
