Christmas Decoration Theme Ideas from Flowers and Greens
It’s the first week of December!
We all can’t help getting more and more excited about the 25th. And if you are so busy that you haven’t yet started decorating your home for the celebration, come on! You are not that late.
Here are some Christmas decoration theme ideas to help you.
1. White Christmas
We are all dreaming of a white Christmas. Good news is we can all bring it in our homes this season. For this theme, you may want a white Christmas tree as the centerpiece or a green one decorated with white ornamentation like Christmas balls, artificial snow crystals. You may also find a frosted one. You may accentuate your decorations with bright red accessories to break the monotony. Just so it’s called White doesn’t mean it’s limited to the color. To add flavor to it, you may combine it with pastel colors to achieve a bit of a candy-look.
2. Warm Christmas
It’s perhaps the coldest season, yet Christmas is the one celebration that brings so much warmth in people’s hearts. If your choice is a decoration that exudes warmth in this cold season, play around with different shades of hot yellow, red and brown to combine with your ever green Christmas tree. Candles are also a good accessory. You can also use these colors in your Noche Buena table setup with lit candles and a smoking ham!
3. Nature- inspired Christmas
Pines, fir, cones and woods! These are always a perfect combination. It’s in fact one of our favorites! Nature- inspired themes never fail to excite and bring us closer to the healing ambiance of nature. Here, Christmas feels like a bonfire in the middle of a peaceful forest on a cold afternoon. Fir or pine tree twigs, pine cones, American holly cherries are great choices for you. You may also include different nuts if you’re setting up your table. Your choices are unlimited. Enjoy that unpretentious charm.
