Celebrate Father’s Day with Great (Drinks) Gift Idea!

Father’s Day is something we can’t afford to not celebrate every year. 

But before that, let’s appreciate all the hurdles before this day was recognized as a holiday. Because, you might be surprised, but it took 50 years of initial efforts by Sonora Smart Dodd before it became an official holiday in 1966.

Yes, that long, and it took an unimaginable number of issues and discussions before being how we know it today. Thanks to President Lyndon Johnson, Fathers finally get the recognition they deserve.

Today, Father’s day is being celebrated around the world- although on different dates. Norway, Finland, and Sweden celebrate Father’s day on the second Sunday of November, and Australia on the first Sunday of September. In the Philippines, we celebrate it every third Sunday of June like in the UK, India, and many other countries. 

So, here comes June 19!

We can’t miss this day to spoil all dads in our lives. From our husband to our father and granddad to our brothers and Titos. And what other way to do that than to either take them out to a date, the movie, a camping, or a simple backyard barbeque party? 

This, of course, has to come with something like this.

This year, we created this collection to complete their day. Because of course, Dads want to have some good drinks with friends or family!

Along with fresh succulents and blooms from Flowers and Greens, are wines and beers they would appreciate.

Whatever activity we plan for that day, we should make sure we deliver that message of appreciation to our superheroes since we were kids.
